Selecting an Experience
- You may filter experiences by using the categories across the top of the page.
- While looking through our experiences, you may run across some that are not currently available.
- This could be for reasons including seasonality or currently sold out.
- If you do run across this message, you can find similar tours and activities by selecting the relevant category from the list on the left side of the screen.
- Please make sure to read all info about the tour prior to purchasing so you know you know what to expect.

Documentation requirements
- In most cases, only the lead passenger will need their Photo ID. If, however, the experience requires every passenger in the party to have a separate ticket, each adult passenger will require their own ID as well.
- For security purposes, you will need to have an ID that matches the name you used when you booked your tour.
- Children generally do not need a photo ID. Check your tour and ticket details under the ‘Important’ section to see what may be required.
- If any of the names on your reservation are incorrect, you can update the traveler names.
Sicily tours don’t permit changes after you’ve made the reservation. For your peace of mind, be sure the name on your reservation matches the name on your photo ID when you book!
Placing a Reservation
- General Information regarding the tour itinerary can be found in the “Overview” section on the tour page.
- Please note that some products offer different tour options with different inclusions. Please be sure to select the correct tour option when making your reservation.
- In order to make sure that you arrive fully prepared for your experience, helpful tips and tour requirements can be found in the overview.
- Most tours cannot be booked same-day, so it’s always best to book in advance to lock in your spot!
- All of the activities you see are offered “as is,” which means they can’t be customized. But don’t worry, you may also customize your own, by either selecting one of our VIP tours or simply reaching out to us via our contact form (INCLUDE LINK) for any further options.
- We’re sure will find you the perfect activity for your trip.
Hotel Pickup
- Not all of our tours and activities offer hotel pickup. If it is included, it will appear in the ‘Inclusions’ section under the tour/activity page.
- If you need to update or add hotel details to an existing booking, please contact us using the contact information found on your ticket. They will be able to confirm the exact pickup time and location with you directly.
- If you haven’t selected a hotel yet, just indicate ‘TBA’ and when you reconfirm your tour, you can let them know where you’ll be staying.
- Note: Due to various reasons, not all hotels are eligible for pickup. Be sure to contact us directly to confirm your exact pickup time and location.
On Request Experiences
- Some of our Experiences require individual confirmations from our local suppliers. These options will state: “Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking”.
- We can’t guarantee availability until you receive your confirmation e-mail.
Special Requests
- You may add any special requests/needs at any time.
- When placing your booking you may either send us an email via our contact us form or WhatsApp us and we’ll reply to you as soon as possible.
- Please always quote us your booking/confirmation number.
- Please note that this information is delivered straight to the supplier and cannot guarantee all special requests will be able to be fulfilled – but our suppliers always try their very hardest to help!
Group Bookings
- If you would like to inquire about a group reservation, please contact us by reaching out to us via our contact form.
Receipts
- Details regarding your purchase will be included in the confirmation email you receive once you’ve completed your reservation.
Booking confirmation
- The vast majority of our experiences offer immediate confirmation.
- In the case of On Request experiences, If confirmation isn’t received instantly, it may take up to 48 hours. At that time, you will receive either confirmation or notice that the tour is unavailable for your requested time/date/option via email.
- If there are alternatives available, you may select an available date/time/option or cancel your reservation with a full refund. In these cases; be sure to respond as soon as possible with your preference as availability may be limited.
- If there are no suitable alternatives, your reservation will automatically be canceled and refunded in full. Many of our most popular experiences have similar alternatives, so be sure to check back on the site to find the one that’s right for you!
Pass tickets
- Kindly note that once the booking is processed and confirmation is received, pass tickets will be sent separately via email. Tickets are to be presented at any checkpoint in order to be scanned.
Ticket time will start on the first activation. - Pass tickets cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.
